Kalina Crafton’s calling in life can be encapsulated in one phrase: “Be Medicine for the Earth”. As a therapist, Kalina’s intention is to assist people in their journeys home to themselves, returning to their fullest, brightest, and most authentic self. The self that is filled with life and vitality. In supporting the health of an individual, we send ripples through the Web of Life that brings healing to the world.

We all weather storms and hardship, and sometimes we become imbalanced from these experiences. This imbalance can express itself as anxiety, depression, PTSD, low self-esteem, grief, etc. From this, we can feel distant from ourselves, and life itself can feel empty, overwhelming, or lacking purpose or fulfillment. Kalina’s role in this work is to help a person navigate these feelings of imbalance, attune to their innate strengths and wisdom, and reconnect with their authentic self.

Her approach to therapy has its foundation in holistic wellness and attends to the needs of an individual’s mind, body, heart, and spirit, while acknowledging the rich complexities of social and cultural identities/positionalities and environmental factors that influences a person’s life. Her therapeutic style and theories come from an eclectic background of lived experiences and education- contributing to her unique style of an integrated, personalized approach to care.

Kalina views life as a journey of self-exploration and self-discovery, and follows the creed: “it is not what we do, but who we become that changes the world”. Through the transformation that has come from dedication to her life-path, she strives to be a healing presence for others so that they may witness and embody their own vibrancy, vitality, and authenticity.

Healing starts with the decision to seek help. Let us walk with you on this journey toward a healthier, more fulfilling life—one session at a time.
