It can be hard to feel okay in a world that often asks you to ignore your needs, shrink yourself, or just push through. I believe we heal best when we understand ourselves in the context of our lived experiences, relationships, and environments, because real change comes from exploring our patterns with curiosity and compassion, not judgment.
Therapy with me offers space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and begin building change from a place of safety and authenticity. I show up as a real, collaborative partner in that process, because genuine connection is part of the healing. It can be hard to feel okay in a world that often asks you to ignore your needs, shrink yourself, or just push through.

I work with pre-teens, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, identity, relationships, and life transitions. I’m especially attuned to supporting neurodivergent individuals, teens and young adults. Together, we’ll build self-understanding, practical tools, and a stronger sense of trust in yourself.
My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and strengths-based. I strive to provide care that is culturally responsive and affirming of neurodivergent, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ individuals. If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you with warmth and honesty, I invite you to reach out.
Healing starts with the decision to seek help. Let us walk with you on this journey toward a healthier, more fulfilling life—one session at a time.
